I've never been totally satisfied with my close-up photos of jewelry. I can't tell you how many times I've re-taken them! The other day I think I found the right conditions: near a window on a cloudy day. Hmmm. I'll have lots of those in Seattle. Anyway, here are some of the new pics. I'll keep adding a few a day to the shop.

It's amazing all of the crazy things that crafters have to do (and learn) in order to get beautiful photos of their work. But the work is worth the results! That pendant looks fabulous! :)
I think your picture looks great. Photography for small items is so difficult at times for me.

I learned the hard way that sunny days don't necessarily make for better photos! Faaaar too many shadows.
I find photography is my most difficult part too! I have a post with photoshop tips that really helps me brighten up my photos. Yours look great so far!
