That is my favorite shade of purple! :)

We have some neighbors down the block with a gigantic vegetable and flower garden--they have sunflowers with blooms bigger than my head, and I'm not exaggerating! I guess raccoons aren't an issue where we live, because everything seems to be growing really well. Chicken wire does seem like a good plan to fix it!Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13319784596392058242noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7203227735288642679.post-37985509634842327092007-09-04T08:09:00.000-07:002007-09-04T08:09:00.000-07:00That sucks about the raccoons! (I actually drove past our house a couple times because it looked just like everyone else's- isn't that terrible??) Sorry to hear about your raccoons... this always happens to my parents in Illinois, too- my Mom trapped squirrels all summer long to keep them out of her garden!crimsoncat05https://www.blogger.com/profile/00857197135858767320noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7203227735288642679.post-57561265039343266102007-09-02T21:16:00.000-07:002007-09-02T21:16:00.000-07:00Argh, how frutrating. that kind of happened to me...Argh, how frutrating. that kind of happened to me one time when I had planted flower planters for my deck and then intrusted my brother to water them while I was on vacation. Well, I came to dead plants.Pretty Funhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11488885083980377860noreply@blogger.com
